With three expert panelists in Internet measurements and public policy (Arpit Gupta (UCSB), Henning Schulzrinne (Columbia), Timur Friedman (Sorbonne University)), Phillipa will moderate a panel discussing the importance of Internet measurement from the end user/home perspective and how these measurements contribute to fairness/equity in Internet access and a healthier competition between ISPs and content providers.
