The authors will describe in detail the networking challenge and will invite student teams to develop an innovative solution utilizing a large time-series dataset collected from a real operational network. The challenge is particularly compelling, as there are no restrictions on the methodologies employed by participants, encouraging the use of predictive approaches that draw from the fields of Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and other related areas.
