The networking research community depends on a robust and thoughtful reviewing culture. As the field grows and expectations change, we have an opportunity to reflect on how our reviewing practices can continue to evolve while maintaining fairness, clarity, high scientific standards, and timely decision-making. This panel brings together leaders with diverse experiences across conferences, journals, and emerging publication models. The discussion will focus on how we can build on existing strengths, explore new opportunities, and understand where small adjustments or new tools, including generative AI, might improve the experience for authors, reviewers, and program committees. The goal is to take a forward‑looking view: what does reviewing need to look like in the next decade, and how do we get there?
