Benoit Donnet received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Universit\’e Pierre et Marie Curie in 2006 and has been a PostDoc until 2011 at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium). Benoit joined the Montefiore Institute at the Université de Liège since 2011 where he was appointed successively as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. His research interests are about Internet measurements (measurements scalability, Internet topology discovery, measurements applied to security), network modeling, middleboxes, new Internet architectures (LISP, Segment Routing), and Computer Science Education.

Dr. Abubakr Muhammad is an associate professor of electrical engineering, the founding director of the Center for Water Informatics & Technology (WIT), and the lead for NCRA National Agricultural Robotics Lab at LUMS. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2005 from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA winning an institute-wide best Ph.D. Dissertation Award. He received master’s degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania and McGill University. Since 2008, his research group at LUMS is doing applied research in robotics, automation and AI with applications to water, agriculture, and environmental issues. He serves on various advisory panels to government agencies and industry in Pakistan on water, climate and agricultural policy, especially on the use of emerging digital technologies for these sectors.

AMIT KUMAR MISHRA (Senior Member, IEEE) received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Edinburgh. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Cape Town (ranked at 157 by THE, in 2021). Before Cape Town, he worked in Australia and India. His research interests include radar system design and applied machine learning. He has successfully supervised 10 Ph.D. students so far and holds five patents. He is currently the Head of the Centre for 5G in SDG which works on projects related to the application of 5G in challenges related to sustainable development goals.

Since 2010, Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba GUEYE is university lecturer and researcher at Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD). In 2006, he received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University Pierre et Marie Curie – Sorbonne Universités, Paris, France. Between 2007 and 2010, he was Research Assistant (PostDoc position) at the Université de Liège (Belgium), Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. He was a Visiting Scientist at UQÀM (Montréal, Canada) during the 2011/12 academic year, the head of Computer Science Laboratory between 2014 and 2021, general chair of IEEE MNE3SD 2022, and involved in several TCP journals and conferences. He is currently full professor with Université Cheikh Anta Diop, the head of Computer Science department, and the president of ASCII organization. His research interests are in Internet measurements, measurement-based geolocation, and Wireless Sensors Networks (WSN), with recent focus on green cloud computing and network virtualization. In WSN, he promotes Sensor-based epidemiology detection. Besides, improving quality life in rural area has been taking a major role in our research -such as Pastoral mobility, livestock transhumance in Sahel, management of water point by using Internet of things.
