This panel will explore the most relevant technical challenges facing large Internet Service Providers (ISPs) today, along with typical network issues. Topics under discussion will include, but are not limited to: approaches to troubleshooting; the prominence of security concerns; the importance of employing Artificial Intelligence in ISP operations and management; and the essential knowledge students should acquire for a technical career at ISPs, among others. An exceptional group of panelists, each with extensive experience in ISP operations, will discuss these topics and participate in a Q&A session with the audience.
